The study programme covers two academic years, with a total of 120 credits. The credits, which are distributed by module type, are shown in the table below:

The modules are organised into the blocks shown in the table below, in accordance with Order CIN/311/2009 of 9 February, which sets out the requirements for verifying official university degrees qualifying students to practise industrial engineering. The purpose of the Optional Block with Additional Training is to ensure that all students on the industrial engineering programme (comprising a Bachelor’s degree in the Industrial branch and the Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering) acquire the same skills, regardless of their undergraduate degree. Students must complete five modules (30 ECTS) from those listed as ‘necessary’ or ‘eligible’ in the table, depending on their undergraduate degree, unless they have already completed these modules:

Students who are unable to complete the 30 ECTS credits with modules from the Optional Block with Additional Training will do so by selecting their chosen modules from the Optional Block without Additional Training.
